First things first: why me? What can I bring to the table?

 

I represent the accumulation of many years of project and creative operations management. I am proud to possess a full and varied portfolio that spans many different industries and deliverable types. This means I am able to bring all of that knowledge to your business to help your organisation achieve their goals. This could be delivering valuable client work, leading on a core project, or devising processes and ways of working to make your teams more efficient, more economic and more informed. Alongside this, I am able to work directly with clients, getting to know them and their requirements to deliver the best possible results.

With every project, I am able to see it from a dual point of view; the delivery aspect of scope, resource, budget and governance, and the client services side of client satisfaction, profitability and opportunity.

Thanks to my Project Management Professional certification, I also follow the PMBOK principles, and apply all the old school methodologies to projects. Be it RAID, RACI, SOW, change control, risk management, critical paths... I could go on.

In short, I get stuff done. And I get it done well.
